At Fearless Faith, we pray you love what you ordered. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14 days start on the day after you (or someone you designate) receive your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within those 14 days by contacting us at: info@fearlessfaith.nl
Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ask that items be returned in the same condition in which you received them. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store, but items should not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and fit.

Please include your proof of purchase. If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond normal inspection, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Some items cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out: we’re happy to help!
Sale items and discounted products are covered by the same legal right of withdrawal unless otherwise stated for specific exceptions permitted by law.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it with care.
Once we are informed of your withdrawal, we will process your refund within 14 days, as required by law. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
