Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Processing times may be extended during peak periods or product launches.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk and Responsibility

For consumer purchases within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you only when you or a third party designated by you physically receive the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fearlessfaith.nl so we can resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
